Road to Stress Release Tip #23: Mudra (Hand position)

Gently touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the index finger of both hands. Do not apply any pressure. Gentle touch will do. This Mudra is very useful in managing mental stress. This is also useful in managing depression, anger and many problems associated with the brain.
