It brings a natural rhythm into your body and mind which leads to calmness and peace. Don’t worry if you cannot dance well, close the doors and start the song you like the most. Dance as you can and as you like. Just see even a 5-10 minutes of dance will make you feel ‘light’. Dance therapy is a fantastic tool for managing stress. It affects positively on your emotional, cognitive, social, behavioral and physical conditions. It brings about a renewal of body, mind and spirit, and integrates these parts within you.
