Biking can be for all ages and abilities that can ride a bike. Everyone can benefit. Biking is an exhilarating thing that wheels away your stress and gives a new positive outlook about life. To use biking for stress relief take care of some important things such as, Be sure your bike is in safe condition, take a water bottle with you for a long ride, wear your safety equipment, ride with a partner, let someone know where you are going, and use the coordinated breathing and pedaling.
