Essence candles can create a soothing atmosphere. If you feel stressed, run yourself a hot bath, light some scented candles, switch off all your bathroom lights. Enjoy your hot bath and relax by the light of your scented candles. The aroma and light energy helps to take away your stress and provides you complete relaxation. However, aroma candles are more practical because they don’t produce much smoke. Ensure that you get quality candles that give off a scent that is safe enough to be smelled around the room.
